Festival Grounds Map

We recommend you save the below map to your phone so you can navigate your way through our festival grounds!

Parking & Shuttle information

Attendees who have purchased parking passes will have reserved parking onsite and in our neighboring overflow lot. Please use this address (461 Wildcat Rd, Hot Springs, AR 71913) when approaching the festival. From Wildcat Road, curve left onto Trapper Lane and follow the signs for parking where you will be greeted and directed by festival staff.

Please ensure you have your ticket receipt and/or QR code ready when you arrive to help expedite entry. We anticipate traffic congestion and recommend arriving early as there is only one road leading into the festival grounds.

We'll also have courtesy shuttles running on a loop from downtown Hot Springs (200 Whittington Ave). The duration/frequency of this shuttle run is dependent on traffic in the region.

All shuttles will start running when festival grounds open and stop after festival grounds close each day. See door times above.

Please see the Camping section below for more information on parking for campers.

Camping

Check in for all camping and glamping pass holders will start at 12:00 PM on Friday, 9:00 AM Saturday and Sunday, and 8:00 AM on Monday. Check in will close at 11:00 PM each night.

All glamping packages come with their own onsite parking spots.

RV Parking Passes can accommodate larger vehicles up to 30 feet long and 15 feet wide. Please be aware that these spaces will be located in a grassy field without any hook ups.

For all BYOT Camping Passes, campers will stake their claim in our expansive meadow campground. Camping is primitive; no campfires, no generators. However, camping stoves are permitted. We ask that guests keep a limit of 4 persons per 15’ X 15’ campsite.

Professional shower trailers, port-a-potties and hand-washing stations will be available. Towels and toiletries are not provided–please remember to bring your own!

There will be an assortment of food trucks that are accessible during festival hours along with a General Store providing necessities. The campground will also have a dedicated breakfast vendor with a variety of breakfast options (including vegan) set up early for campers. Campers are encouraged to bring additional food as well as ice if needed, as there will be no ice available for purchase onsite.

BYOT camping pass holders are required to purchase a parking pass. Parking for BYOT camping pass holders is in a lot onsite, but separate from the BYOT Camping area. BYOT guests will have to unload and carry gear to the camping area, but will have easy access to their vehicles.

Check out for daily glampers and campers is 10:00 AM the following morning.

Check out for all weekend glampers and campers is 12:00 PM on Tuesday, April 9.

Food & beverage

There will be food and beverages available throughout the festival grounds via food trucks and bar stations. We will also have a General Store onsite for additional necessities.

Please note we are a cashless festival. Don’t forget to bring cashless forms of payment!

If you are planning to drink alcoholic beverages, be sure to have a valid form of ID with you.

Health & Safety

To help ensure the safety, health, and wellbeing of everyone present, we’ll have a medical tent and security team on-site throughout the festival. Please note that your bags may be checked before entry into the festival grounds. If you have any questions, or if there’s anything you anticipate needing, please reach out to Ecliptic Festival staff.

Accessibility

Programming and parking for the festival is spread across a wide expanse at Cedar Glades Park. Much of the area is uneven terrain with a lot of grassy fields and some gravel and paved areas. We strongly advise those requiring assistance to come prepared with appropriate mobility aids or seek assistance from our staff. Ensuring everyone can fully participate and enjoy the festival experience is fundamental to our commitment to accessibility.

All general admission parking is located offsite, however we will happily coordinate an ADA drop off location onsite and shuttle use.

Additional Information

We will have charging stations available for communal use within the main festival grounds and campground. We are providing a boosted WiFi signal for the festival grounds, however we cannot guarantee connectivity throughout the weekend given the anticipated influx of visitors to the region.

Please note that the following items will not be allowed onsite:

  • Outside alcohol (alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase onsite)
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Laser pointers
  • Weapons of any kind
  • Gas-powered generators (personal solar-powered generators are allowed in the camping area)
  • Flammable items of any kind, including candles and fireworks

Bags will be checked upon entry. Blankets, chairs and empty water bottles are allowed. We encourage attendees to bring camping chairs!
