On the grounds of the festival you can reserve a bring-your-own-tent camping spot. Hot Springs hotels look like they’re filling up online but there is availability if you call (yes, on the phone! Old school.) And within easy daily commuting distance there are a ton of hotels in and around Little Rock and the surrounding communities.

A free shuttle will be running between the festival site to downtown Hot Springs (200 Whittington) throughout the course of the weekend.
